    High temperature and low pressure.
At high temperature, gas particles have higher kinetic energy and move faster. Inter-molecular forces between gas particles become less significant as they possess sufficient energy to overcome forces of attraction.
At low pressure, particles are further apart, therefore volume of gas particles become not significant compared to volume occupied by the gas. Also, imf is less significant at low pressure as they are far apart.
